New cancellation policies:

FLEXI is SMART
The serenity and safety of our guests is our priority. In order to meet the needs of families who wish to book their holidays in our Village, yet want to be sure that they can cancel or postpone their holiday in the event of a re-enactment of the Covid-19 related problematics. Therefore, we have decided to grant our guests free cancellation or free date change up to 72 hours before arrival in case of a cancellation:
-       cancellation of a booking by persons in quarantine: this is a case of force majeure, which must be proven by medical documentation or a measure of the health authorities or public safety authorities.
-       cancellation of a booking by persons residing in areas where it is forbidden to leave: this is a case of force majeure, for the period of validity of the specific regulation.
-       cancellation of a booking following specific risk warnings issued by the government of your country or local authorities that advise against or prevent a stay in the province of Verona.
In all other cases our normal cancellation conditions apply, that is: The guest who cancels the booking is entitled to a refund of the paid deposit if written communication is sent at least 30 days before the arrival date indicated in the booking. The guest who cancels the booking with written communication sent within 30 days of the arrival date indicated in the booking or who does not make use of the booked stay will not be entitled to any refund with the right of the residence to retain the deposit paid as a penalty. In case of no-show on the day of arrival.

FAQ

Cancellation

D: How will the deposit be refunded in case of cancellation?
R: We kindly request you to send an email to info@belvederevillage.com with the cancellation request (indicating the booking number and the name on the booking) and the details of the current account on which the deposit will be refunded (account holder, credit institution, branch, IBAN, SWIFT). Alternatively, you can move the booking to a new date, without losing the paid deposit.

D: I have booked a stay at your property through a tour operator and I would like to cancel my booking, what should I do?
R:  For cancellations relating to bookings made through tour operators or portals, you will have to refer to the conditions applied by the relevant tour operator or portal.

Date change

D: I have a booking that I have already confirmed with a deposit. Now I would like to take advantage of the free date change option, what should I do?
R: Please send an email to info@belvederevillage.com with the request for a change of date indicating the booking number, the name of the booking party and the new dates of your stay. We will transfer the amount of the deposit paid to the new booking.

D: I would like to take advantage of the possibility to change the date of my booking free of charge but I still do not know when I will have the opportunity to take a holiday: what should I do?
R: We kindly request you to send an email to info@belvederevillage.com with your request for a change of date indicating the booking number, the name of the booking party and the period in which you would like to go on holiday. The date can then be specified and defined according to our availability, without losing the deposit.

D: I would like to request a change of date but for a stay with a different duration: is this possible?
R: Of course, it is possible to change the date and modify the duration of your stay. However, if the deposit paid exceeds the amount of the booked stay, it will not be possible to return the balance in cash.

Causes of force majeure
